A traveling Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy has returned to Minneapolis, bringing four new stories from the famed author off the page and onto the stage. Complete with Gothic decor and specialty beverages, the immersive cocktail experience will transport you to a bygone era.

Infused with powerful themes of love, loss, and regret, Poe’s legendary tales explore dark yet intriguing aspects of the human psyche. Within the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy, Poe historians will bring four new stories to life, allowing the audience to explore the fascinating worlds of Edgar Allan Poe once more. The chilling tales feature The Cask of Amontillado, Annabel Lee, The Pit and the Pendulum, and The Fall of the House of Usher.
The second chapter of the speakeasy has taken up residence at the timeless Gale Mansion, situated just south of downtown Minneapolis. For a limited time, the space will be decked out with dimly lit lanterns, flickering candles, and Gothic decor.

Guests will enjoy a 90-minute interactive show as they sip on four complimentary cocktails. Tickets start at $55 and are available to those ages 21 and up. It is not necessary to have attended the first rendition of the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy to enjoy Chapter Two!
